Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process orders as soon as possible but please allow us 7 business days for processing and shipping your order. Occasionally if we experience a high volume of orders it can cause further delays. In these cases we will do our best to prevent any major delays and will communicate any possible delays through our website.

Shipping Costs

As we are posting items from a couple different locations at certain cases the shipping cost can be a bit high as shipping fees from multiple locations can add up. In these cases you can try to remove some items to see if your shipping goes down a bit.

Delivery charges for heavier parcels going outside the UK can also be very high (usually above 2 kg). Sometimes it can be cheaper to order several smaller parcels.

Shipping to the European Union

As we are not VAT registered with the EU you might need to pay VAT even on small orders.

Shipping Outside the UK

We cannot ship certain items outside the UK. We show this information on the product pages. You might need to remove these items from your Basket before you can check out.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send you a shipment confirmation email when you place an order. If tracking is available on the delivery method you selected we will send a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Undead Unicorn Curiosity Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
